Tante Maya, Yos and Melki arrive at Latamia Hotel. They all meet the senior employees, Oci, Sudung and Randi and others as well.
När Tante Maya och teamet anländer för att driva ett tidigare välskött hotell börjar det gå snett. Tante Maya ombeds sköta ett hotell i Anyer i tre månader medan hennes syster och svåger åker utomlands. Hon tar med sig sina betrodda medarbetare från Sumba, Yos och Melki. Hon ombeds också att välja vem som ska bli ny chef bland de nuvarande hotellanställda. De tre mest erfarna och seniora hotellanställda är Oci, Sudung och Randi. De slåss med varandra för att få Tante Mayas uppmärksamhet och godkännande. Sedan Tante Mayas ankomst fortsätter problem att uppstå. Konkurrensen bland de längst anställda stör det tidigare välskötta hotellet och Yos och Melki kämpar också för att anpassa sig till sin nya situation. Allas personliga problem ställer också till problem för hotellet.

The hotel’s occupancy drops below the minimum and Tante Maya's problems increase when Yos and Melki decided to quit.
Yos and Melki agree to stay until their contract ends. As the employees struggle, a huge group of politicians decide to cancel their booking.
Tante Maya and the other employees work as a team to provide their best service to the guests who promise to return if they’re satisfied.
