Bob and the machines are painting line-markings on the road. Bob is called away to repair Mrs Potts' garden fence. Spud then sees a way to make mischief! He attaches the line-marking machine to Travis. Travis then speeds off and doesn't know he is leaving a mess. Who will stop him before he paints the whole town white?
Roley nearly flattens a family of hedgehogs who are crossing the road Bob and the machines are working on. They need to find a permanent solution. How will hedgehogs get across a busy road?
Bob and the machines are laying pipes in a field. Meanwhile, Wendy tries to look for Pilchard and gets in a panic when she can't find her anywhere.
Bob and the machines are repairing a tunnel. Bob sends Muck inside carrying a load of bricks. The generator breaks down and the lights go out. Poor Muck is stuck inside the dark tunnel. What can make him move?
Bob and the machines have a major job of resurfacing the main road that must be done today. But poor Bob has a very bad cold. Wendy offers to take over the job. All goes well until Dizzy gets stuck in some wet cement. How will they get her out without letting Bob know?
Bob finds a bit of pipe that he thinks makes a noise like a trumpet and so he fashions it into a bugle. While learning to play it, he doesn't realise that it makes an awful noise!
Bob and the machines are building a dance floor stage ready for a line-dancing contest that evening. Bob needs to go home for some final practice. But when his dancing partner Mavis sprains her ankle, will Bob find someone else to dance with in time?
Scoop and Travis decide to have a race to find out who is fastest? Bob prepares the racecourse. Spud wants Travis to win so he tries some sneaky sabotage to keep Scoop back!
Wendy and the machines decide to pretend to have forgotten Bob's birthday and then surprise him with a party. Wendy goes home to make a cake, and then Muck and Dizzy decide to make a concrete cake for Bob to keep forever.
Bob and the machines are finishing Travis' new shed. Spud wants to pick go apple-picking but cannot reach the apples from the trees. While Bob is working on the shed roof, Spud takes the ladder away. How will poor Bob ever get down?
Spud is worried he is not scary enough anymore after he tries to scare Bird. His problems get worse when he loses his turnip nose and it falls into a mole hole. Muck and Dizzy try to help him find a suitable new nose. Will Spud ever be scary again?
Bob and the machines have to repair Farmer Pickles' barn which is in danger of collapsing. Farmer Pickles is gathering the haystacks. Everything has to be done before a heavy storm breaks.
Spud decides he is bored of being a scarecrow. He finds Bob's toolbox and decides to do some of his own fixing. When Muck sees him with Bob's toolbox, Bob and the machines have to stop him before he hurts himself.
Bob volunteers to decorate Mrs Broadbent's new apartment when the decorators let her down. He has never done a decorating job before and ends up making a complete mess!
Bob and the machines have worked hard digging a trench. The next morning Roley sleeprolls out of the yard and causes a trail of destruction all over town! Bob, Wendy and the machines have to guide Roley back to the yard without waking him up.
Wendy is going away to visit her sister. Bob and the machines decide to surprise her by giving her garden a makeover. Mrs Potts was going to look after the office but she phones in sick. Then Bob has to keep going into the office to check the messages.
Bob is taking care of two jobs at once - putting up bollards around the town hall and putting up Mrs Potts' garden statues. Dizzy decides to help him out but gets very mixed up!
Scoop, Muck and Lofty are working near a bridge. Lofty always has to go the long way round because he can't cross the bridge because of his fear of heights. When Spud sees him pass, he follows him and decides to get up to mischief! Lofty is then scared of Spud and goes back to the yard in shame. Eventually Spud's mischief puts him in danger when he falls off the bridge and onto a branch! Only Lofty could save Spud, if he can overcome his fear of heights.
Bob is getting ready for a Brightest Building Yard competition whilst Wendy and the machines are turning a field into a football pitch. But when Spud kicks a ball at Wendy, the line-marking machine makes a mess and he is ordered to clean it up.
Bob, Wendy and the machines are picking up everyone's rubbish for recycling. Farmer Pickles is having a clear-out and he asks Travis to look after a very old tea set. Spud asks Travis to play hide and seek with him and when Bob, Wendy and the machines arrive, they take everything - including the tea set! Will Farmer Pickles catch them before they recycle the tea set?
Bob and Lofty come across a bird's nest with an egg in it. Wendy explains that they can't move the nest. Dizzy volunteers to watch it. When the egg hatches, Dizzy doesn't want to leave. Bob needs some cement mixing so Dizzy quickly goes to do so. She goes back to the yard just in time to see the bird learn to fly.
Bob is repairing a clocktower. Lofty tries to lift his toolbox onto the scaffolding, but carelessly knocks the ladder over! Then a bat flies out of the belfry and frightens Lofty and he goes off, leaving poor Bob stranded on the scaffolding with his phone on the ground below. Meanwhile, Muck gets into an argument with Scoop and goes off in a sulk.
Wendy decides to clean out the fish tank and moves Finn into a bucket of water. Muck comes back to the yard for some cement and accidentally crashes into the lean-to garage! Wendy then has another job to do and then Pilchard thinks Finn will make a delicious snack!
Bob, Wendy and the machines are building a tennis court. Bob takes care of the umpire seat and the scoreboard, whilst the others lay the green tar surface. Travis and Spud arrive to put up the net, but the net proves too heavy for Spud and he falls over into the wet tar! When they try to sort it out, they just make it worse.
Bob agrees to dress up as Father Christmas for the local school carol concert. But first he has to help out when Farmer Pickles gets completely snowed up.
Bob recieves a new pair of boots. They squeak at first, attracting the attention of some mice. Meanwhile, Spud challenges Bird to a race and helps himself to the contents of Bob's lunchbox.
Bob brings Scoop and Muck to the yard, both machines covered in mud. Bob decides to give them a wash down. But Muck doesn't want to be washed down - he loves being mucky! Just as well when Travis gets stuck in the mud and Bob, Muck and Dizzy have to go and rescue him. Later on Muck, Dizzy and Spud have a mud fight.
Bob attempts to take his day off to photograph the rare Blue-Crested Warbler. However, the computer breaks down and Wendy has to call him to take care of some urgent jobs. Will Bob get his chance to photograph the Blue-Crested Warbler?
Mr Bentley has organised some town improvements. Wendy is to turn an old railway line into a cycle path and Bob is to turn an old rubbish dump into a park. Lofty has been equiped with a magnet to remove the old rails. Lofty's magnet comes in useful to search for Mr Bentley's pen. Bob then recycles the old sleepers and rails into a park bench.
Bob, Wendy and the machines are building a bus stop. Roley is enraptured by a tortoise he nearly runs over and names it Timmy. Dizzy finds out that it belongs to Mrs Potts. However, at the yard when Bob takes some cabbages from Travis' trailer, Timmy sneaks aboard.
Bob and Wendy both secretly order new saws for each other. However, the next day Mr Dixon's delivery van breaks down. Spud sees it as a chance to show everyone who useful he can be and takes one of the sacks. Unfortunately Spud can't read, so all the parcels end up going to the wrong people!
Bob, Wendy and the machines are building a new conservatory for Mr Beasley. But they forget to feed poor Pilchard her breakfast! Pilchard then has to fend for herself to find someone to feed her.
Bob and Wendy have attended a lunch at the town hall. They leave Scoop in charge of finishing the Mayor's garage. However, when Mr Bentley arrives the inspect the work, Scoop gets too big-headed and accidentally crushes Mr Bentley's gold watch! Meanwhile, the Mayor presents Bob with a gold watch of his own.
During a break Spud persuades Scoop to help him play some tricks. When Scoop goes back to work Spud frightens Lofty so much that he falls onto his side. When Spud goes for help, Scoop thinks it's just another trick. Luckily Bob decides to make sure.
Spud is having trouble trying to shake off a persistent crow who is following him everywhere. He gets a fast ride aboard Travis to try and blow the crow off. But when he swerves to avoid Muck, the load spills!
Bob and the machines are working at a tunnel overnight. Muck is staying overnight at the farm with Travis. However, he gets scared of the dark and Spud's scary noises and runs away and goes missing. Meanwhile, Pilchard investigates an owl hoot and also goes missing and Spud gets lost in the woods.
Bob and the machines are building a garden pond for rock star Lenny Lazenby - Roley's hero. Meanwhile, when Wendy is laying out a nature trail, she discovers a family of ducks and their pond has dried up. Lenny agrees to let them stay at his garden pond.
Travis has to deliver a load of gravel. Scoop offers to help him and Spud gets a ride aboard. However, Spud unhooks the trailer to give Travis a rest and rolls away! Meanwhile, Wendy and the machines are putting up a signpost at the crossroads.
Wendy and the machines are building a new path for Mrs Potts. Mrs Potts won't let Roley work on the path because she is worried he will crush the flower beds. Roley feels hurt but feels better when supervising Wendy with the hand-roller. However, Muck accidentally drops the flagstones and they break. But Dizzy comes up with a bright idea.
While digging a ditch at Farmer Pickles' field, Bob and Scoop come across some old bones. Bob goes to show a bone to Mr. Ellis at the museum. Scoop is left on guard at the ditch. Spud persuades him to leave and see the bigger bones he's found. Then Spud decides to put on his own dinosaur display. Mr Ellis thinks they have found a stegosaurus skeleton but is very disappointed that some of the bones are missing. Bob goes back to the field and Scoop remembers what Spud told him.
Bob drops off some tires for Farmer Pickles. When Scoop starts sneezing, Bob thinks he has hayfever so sends him back to the yard. When Spud arrives, causing trouble, Bob asks him to go and look after Scoop. Spud tries to find out what makes Scoop sneeze.
Bob finds a hibernating Porcupine in Farmer Pickles' cottage so he sends Scoop to take it back to the yard. Roley decides to look after it. When Farmer Pickles arrives to see Wendy, Scruffty jumps out of Travis' trailer and he and Pilchard chase each other. Roley worries that it might wake the Porcupine.
Bob and Wendy are working on a shed and a painting job for Farmer Pickles. Dizzy has to guard the wet cement while Bob gets the shed to put up. Meanwhile, things go wrong when Wendy lets Spud help to paint the farmhouse.
Wendy and the machines are building a crazy golf course. Bob prepares a windmill for one of the holes. Wendy finds out that she has the instructions for Bob's windmill, but when Wendy phones Bob he says he doesn't need them. Back at the yard, there's one finished Bob-sized windmill.
Bob is putting up a rainwater tank next to Farmer Pickles' barn. When Bob goes away, Spud persuades Lofty to lift the rainwater tank into place, but it rolls down the hill and smashes the wooden boat Wendy has made for her nephew!
Bob and the machines are refurbishing the bandstand where Farmer Pickles is set to be the conductor. But the sheet music falls off Travis' trailer and when Spud finds it he decides to make paper planes! Will Farmer Pickles sadly have to cancel the band?
Farmer Pickles asks Bob to build a dog house for Scruffty, and drops his phone. Mrs Percival phones to remind Farmer Pickles to look after the guinea-pigs for the school holidays, and Wendy answers it. Wendy sends Scoop off with the phone and the message, but he passes it on to Spud, who passes it on to Travis. When Farmer Pickles gets the message, he thinks he's getting a delivery of little pigs and realises he has nowhere to put them.
Mrs Percival is raising money for a new clubhouse. Bob decides to do a sponsered runathon and the machines decide to do a sponsered demolition of the old pavillion.
Bob's new personal organiser has details of all his jobs, but it breaks down. Bob then decides to tie knots in his handkerchief to remind himself. He gets all his jobs mixed up! At the end of the day, Wendy reminds him what his last knot was for.
Bob is building a time capsule for Mr Ellis. It is to be buried outside the museum and in 100 years time someone will open it. However, when Spud finds it, he takes it away thinking it's a treasure chest! He throws everything out of it and plans to bury it himself. Will someone find Spud and the missing time capsule before Spud buries it?
Wendy is in the countryside on her day off, doing some watercolour painting. But Scruffty buries her phone. Meanwhile, Bob and the machines are laying flagstones to make the town's coat of arms.
Whilst chasing rabbits in a field, Scruffty falls down a hole. Muck is spooked by the noises he makes and thinks it's a ghost. He calls Bob to have a look and then Lofty hauls Scruffty out of the hole.
When Mr Bentley gets soaked whilst inspecting a pipe, Spud decides to take over his job, even though he has no qualifications!
Bob is building a hen coop for Farmer Pickles as his hen has abandoned her eggs. Spud decides to look after the chicks.
Wendy is holding a barbeque party for her sister Jenny who is coming to visit in which the whole town is invited. However, the machines are too tired to go after laying a garden path.
Spud builds a skateboard out of an old ironing board at the rubbish dump and heads through town! Bob has just put up some traffic calming measures.
Wendy takes Muck and Dizzy to clear a blocked drain. Muck is spooked by the gurgling noises. Dizzy convinces him that it is a drain monster!
When Mrs Percival has the school yard full of props for the school play, Spud decides to borrow the dragon costume. He pretends to be a magic dragon when he sees Muck.
When Scoop notices that Farmer Pickles has entered Scruffty into the dog show, he becomes determined to enter Pilchard, even though she's a cat!
Bob, Mr Bentley and the machines are building a bird hide at the nature reserve and then waiting to catch a glimpse of the rare Grebe Warbler. But instead they see Spud disguised as the bird!
Bob's Auntie Dora, who is a stickler for tidiness, is planning to visit and the yard is in a complete mess. The machines only make it worse.
Spud decides to skate on the duck pond when it is frozen over, but the ice starts to crack! Dizzy calls on Bob and Lofty to come to the rescue.
Roley nearly runs over Bob's toolbox. He then worries that he is always very clumsy. His anxiety makes him more accident-prone than ever!
It's winter in Littletown. Bob wears a big parka that makes him looks like an eskimo. Wendy's Sister Jenny comes for a visit after a Ski Trip.

The whole town is practising for an egg and spoon race. Spud has problems keeping his egg on the spoon, so he decides to cheat by using some of Bob's putty!
Bob is tiling a roof red, but a mix up at JJ's yard leads to Wendy tiling the other side green!
When Mr Sabatini recieves a new football, he demonstrates his soccer skills to Dizzy. But he manages to kick the ball through his shop window! Bob and JJ have to carry a new window pane through town.
Roley must rescue Bird to save the day.
Spud jumps in a puddle & ruins Bob's paint job.
After seeing a poster for the school play, Spud decides he's like to be a musketeer. He decides a fence post would make a perfect sword. But when he pulls one out, all the sheep escape!
It's Wendy's birthday, but she doesn't want any fuss like a surprise party. So Bob organises a surprise magic show instead.

Bob has promised to build a cat flap for Pilchard. But first Farmer Pickles needs a fence building to keep the rabbits off his cabbages. However, this blocks the badgers' path to the stream.
Bob and the machines are building an exercise park which famous goalkeeper David Dixon, Mr Dixon's brother, is to open. Bob and Spud think they are no good at football, but will their luck change?
Dizzy goes on a camping trip.
Pilchard meets some tiny creatures & treats them like pets.
Scoop is keen to enter the snowman competition. But first a burst pipe outside Mr Sabatini's needs fixing. Meanwhile, all the snowmen's noses are disappearing.
Bob is building a through-lounge for Mr and Mrs Bentley. He asks Lofty to carry the long metal girder. But when Dizzy and Trix decide to have a race, the girder accidentally damages the sides of a bridge.

Farmer Pickles has a new family of pigs delivered to his farm, and Bob must build a new home for them.

Scoop is busy helping Bob and doesn't have time to learn to dance for a special dance display.
Bob volunteers to look after the farm while Farmer Pickles takes Humpty to a pig show but he soon has his hands full when all the animals escape.
Mr Bentley is put in charge of the winter fair but everything gets into chaos when Humpty escapes his pen.
Wendy decorates the library, and Lofty is so impressed that he decides to paint a picture as well, but he soon finds that being an artist is harder than it looks.
Spud breaks Molly's statue, so he tries to make a new one out of Bob's building materials only to leave Bob without the wood to fix the pavilion.
Pilchard causes havoc on a job to mend a rotten beam in a cottage when she finds some mice living there.
Trix tries to help Bob build a climbing frame while she also is looking after Farmer Pickles' giant pumpkin pie but Spud almost gets it.
Bob and the team are repairing an eroded river bank in the countryside when Muck tries to bring a lost duck he/she named Quack back to his family.
Lofty and Travis pull down a damaged tree, only to find that they have made a family of squirrels homeless! Travis is devastated, but suddenly he has an idea which Bob could use the old tree to build a new home for the squirrels.
Bob's gang builds a summer house as an anniversary present for Mrs. Bentley, but Muck nearly ruins the surprise.
Skip wishes he could come up with good ideas, while Bob is renovating the old mill.
Bob and the gang convert a house into a delicatessen, but there's nothing for Roley to do. Fortunately, some birds give him an idea to make him feel useful again.
Bob builds a cinema, and a fake giant bug is sent to promote a new film. However, Trix causes chaos in the town when she borrows the insect to help Spud scare the birds who thinks it is real.
Dizzy discovers there are bats in the watermill and she cannot wait to meet them.
The machines are working on building a bridge, but Scrambler tries to slow things down by being too hasty.
Scrambler plays with the children in Sunflower Valley on the last day before they return to school in Bobsville.
