After two dramatic days on the Åland sea, teenage girls Helena and Lou are rescued by a Soviet ship. But what they actually experienced out at sea remains a military secret. Now 35 years later, Helena tells the story that was never allowed to come out.
Helena and Lou suspect that someone from the submarine helped during the rescue. Suddenly, Helena gets in touch with the captain of the Soviet vessel.
