But Takemichi knew that Kisaki is the reason that Toman slowly turned evil and Hina and Akkun lost their lives, so he just can't hold back, and...
Mikey asks Takemichi to bring the former First Division Captain Baji Keisuke from Valhalla. Mikey agrees to make Kisaki leave Toman if Takemichi is successful in this mission, but he also threatens to kill him if he fails. As Takemichi receives a lecture about Valhalla from Yamagishi who is knowledgeable about delinquents, Valhalla's No. 3 Hanemiya Kazutora appears before them.
2 years ago, Mikey, Draken, Baji, Mitsuya, Pah-chin, and Kazutora had their gang uniforms made and they all took a trip to Kanagawa on their motorcycles. Meanwhile, their commander Mikey rode his moped, Street Hawk. They get surrounded by a local biker gang, but Mikey shows no fear and tells the older gang members that he'll kill them if they lay a finger on his Street Hawk.
Takemichi finds out about Baji and Kazutora's past and realizes how hard it's going to be to bring Baji back to Toman. The next day, Takemichi was trying to figure out what to do about his promise to Mikey when Baji's second in command, Matsuno Chifuyu appears before him. Chifuyu seems to believe that Baji joined Valhalla not to crush Toman, but to infiltrate Valhalla and expose Kirisaki.
Back in present day, Draken tells Takemichi that Kazutora ends up killing Baji at the Bloody Halloween, the fight against Toman and Valhalla, and Mikey ends up killing Kazutora. Because of that, Mikey falls into darkness, and Toman is taken over by Valhalla, which leads to the evil organization that it currently is now, led by Kisaki. Takemichi goes back to the past with a new mission: to protect Baji so that this tragedy doesn't happen.
The Bloody Halloween conflict that results in Toman being taken over by Valhalla has finally begun. Hanma and his army of delinquents overwhelm Toman as Draken does his best to try to protect the other Toman members, putting him at a disadvantage. During the Bloody Halloween, Mikey ended up in a 1v3 fight against Kagetora with his limbs bound. After Kazutora hits him in the head with a pipe, Mikey ends up on his knees. The Valhalla members see this as a chance to finish off the Invincible Mikey and try to get to him. Draken and Takemichi try to save Mikey, but they're too far away. But then, a rather surprising person came to Mikey's aid.
Baji had infiltrated Valhalla so that he could get to Kisaki. And after a fierce battle, he manages to get to Kisaki, but coughs up blood and falls to the ground. Mikey sees this and takes Hanma out in a second and starts mercilessly punching Kazutora over and over. This was the scene that the future Draken had told Takemichi about. At this rate, Mikey will end up killing Kazutora, Kisaki will take over Toman, and the tragic future will still occur. Takemichi tries to stop him, but Mikey's rage is just too great, and...
Two years ago, Mikey learns that Kazutora is beefing with the motorcycle gang, the Black Dragons, and decides he'd fight them as well. But he wanted a valid sense of purpose to take on a motorcycle gang. Baji then suggests they make their own motorcycle gang. They want to create a gang where they can all put their lives down on the line for each other. Baji had been fighting all alone to protect the promise they made the day they created their gang and put their money together to buy a traffic safety charm.

After defeating Black Dragon, Takemichi finds himself being taken by Mikey to Hina's place, to face the girl he broke up with just the day before.
After declaring victory over Black Dragon at Tokyo Manji Gang's first meeting of the year, Mikey makes an unexpected announcement.
Certain that he has changed the future, Takemichi returns to the present. However, the timeline he returns to is the worst one yet.
Takemichi returns to the past to change the horrific new timeline. After meeting Chifuyu, Takemichi realizes what he must do.
Set on crushing Toman, Yokohama gang Tenjiku ambushes Takemichi and his friends in Shibuya. The situation turns desperate for Takemichi when an old foe and one of Tenjiku’s Big Four show up.

Depressed over the tragedy in the present, Takemichi's resolve is rekindled by the words of Hinata. He then learns the connection between Mikey and Izana, and just as the rest of the First Division shows up to talk about their next steps, they get a surprise visit from another Toman captain.
Battered and bloody, Takemichi shows what he is truly made of by resisting an S-62 Generation member to protect Koko. After witnessing Takemichi's heroism, Inupi makes an unbelievable request. Later, Takemichi reports to Mikey about the betrayal by a Toman captain.
Mikey falls into despair after a tragic incident. Takemichi too is devastated and becomes hopeless as he realizes there is nothing he can do anymore to change the past. Who will lead Toman now?
While Tenjiku waits at a Yokohama pier with their Big Four ready to do battle, the members of Toman flinch at entering into the seemingly hopeless battle that awaits them. With their top two absent, Mikey and Draken, Takemichi tries to fire up Toman.
As the brawl between Toman and Tenjiku gets underway, First Division does its best to clear a path so Takemichi can make his way to Kisaki. Amid the battle, Inupi utters a single name that enrages Koko.
Sorely missing the presence of Mikey and Draken, Takemichi and the other members of Toman face a monumental struggle against Tenjiku. The Haitani Brothers including one of Tenjiku's Big Four work in magnificent combination. Hakkai and Angry must figure out how to overcome this formidable pair.
The battle between Toman and Tenjiku seesaws back and forth, but one by one, Toman's toughest fighters are no longer able to carry on. Yet Takemichi keeps getting back up no matter how many times Kakucho beats him down. Kisaki then steps in trying to end things, but Takemichi does not flinch.
Mikey and Draken show up at the pier, though they should be in the depths of despair. Now Mikey confronts his brother Izana, and the battle between the leaders of Toman and Tenjiku begins.
Izana appears to be dominating in his fight against Mikey, but Mikey's kicks take a toll on Izana's body too. Out of desperation, Izana takes rash measures and the situation gets out of control.
With the situation coming to a close, Izana makes a surprising confession, and Hanma and Kisaki make their escape. Fearing that Kisaki will continue to threaten the future, Takemichi and Draken go after them in the falling snow.
